Location: BGC, Taguig City (Hybrid, 3x a week onsite)

Description:
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Citrix Infrastructure Cloud will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing development of Citrix environments, including Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), and related infrastructure in Azure, VMware vSphere, and Citrix XenServer. The role includes managing Citrix NetScaler ADC, policies, profile management solutions, patch/software deployment tools, and automation through scripting. The SME will support migration projects, troubleshoot performance issues, and integrate new technologies to enhance the Citrix ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and optimize Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud) and CVAD

• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler ADC (Gateway, Load Balancing, Authentication)

• Operate and further develop Citrix infrastructure (VDAs) in Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere, and Citrix XenServer

• Administer and maintain XenServer environments

• Create and manage Group/Citrix Policies for Citrix environments

• Optimize and operate Profile Management solutions (Citrix UPM, FSLogix)

• Manage and optimize Software/Patch Management solutions (App Layering, Scripting, Tools)

• Automate operational processes using PowerShell & Citrix APIs

• Conduct error analysis, performance optimization, and troubleshooting

• Support migration projects and integration of new technologies

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Citrix DaaS, CVAD, NetScaler, and XenServer

• Experience with Azure Cloud (IaaS, AVD, Citrix in Azure) and VMware vSphere

• Solid understanding of Group/Citrix Policies for Citrix environments

• Experience with Profile Management (Citrix UPM, FSLogix)

• Experience with Software/Patch Deployment solutions (Citrix App Layering, SCCM, OPSI, etc.)

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Citrix SDK, and REST APIs

• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Citrix Director/Monitor, ADM, ControlUp, uberAgent, PRTG, etc.)

• Strong skills in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, and Azure AD

• Familiarity with documentation platforms/tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)

• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule in a hybrid setup
