Sales Trader

Responsible for servicing day-to-day requirements of ISD clients and other organizations such as but not limited to foreign exchange, fixed income, structured products and other derivatives, with the objective of promoting volume and income growth

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ISD clients and key institutional accounts.
• Proactively offer treasury and investment solutions such as FX, bonds, structured products, and derivatives.
• Identify client needs and match them with appropriate financial products to optimize returns and risk management.
• Coordinate closely with internal partners across trading, risk, legal, and compliance functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market developments and provide timely market insights to clients.
• Contribute to revenue targets through effective client engagement and product promotion.
• Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury sales, market sales, or investment sales.
• Holding relevant certifications is highly preferred but not required:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

  • SEC Fixed Income Market Salesman Certification

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Results-driven, with strong client relationship management and market acumen.
