Outbound Sales Agents (US Account)

Job Overview:  We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Outbound Sales Agent to join our Philippine call center team onsite. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts by contacting potential and existing customers in the US market, promoting our products and services, and closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is required.
• Experience working with US customers and understanding US market dynamics is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the US to introduce and sell our products/services.
• Present and explain product features and benefits, effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
• Convert prospects into customers by successfully closing sales and achieving individual and team sales targets.
