Location: Uptown, Taguig – Full Onsite (RTO)
Schedule: Mid-shift (4:00 PM or 5:00 PM start)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Automation Lead to spearhead our mobile testing initiatives and guide a team of testers in delivering top-quality mobile applications. This role combines technical expertise in automation with leadership skills to drive excellence, efficiency, and innovation across iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile testers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for mobile UI testing.

• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to define testing strategies and resolve issues.

• Apply deep understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns to testing solutions.

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.

• Manage version control and maintain clean, scalable test code using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

• Track, analyze, and report on test results, identifying areas for process improvement.

• Foster a culture of quality and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 8+ years hands-on experience with Appium for mobile UI automation.

• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of mobile testers.

• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, or Python for test automation.

• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, common design patterns, and the mobile development lifecycle.

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
