Location: Uptown, Taguig – Full Onsite (RTO)
Schedule: Mid-shift (4:00 PM or 5:00 PM start)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications. You will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance across iOS and Android platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment and has a passion for delivering seamless mobile user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Appium for mobile UI testing.

• Collaborate with developers and QA to define test requirements, identify defects, and ensure timely resolutions.

• Apply solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns to testing strategies.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality checks.

• Use version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) to manage and maintain automation code.

• Report and track issues, providing clear documentation for defects.

• Continuously optimize test frameworks for scalability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Appium for mobile UI automation.

• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, or Python for test automation.

• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and development lifecycle.

• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
