MDM Systems Analyst
Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Role Overview
The MDM Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining master data management (MDM) solutions to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across the organization. This role works closely with business stakeholders, data owners, data stewards, and IT teams to gather requirements, ensure compliance with governance policies, and implement MDM processes and workflows. The position also provides technical support, troubleshooting, and user training, as well as vendor coordination for MDM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Build

• Create detailed module designs aligned with requirements and system architecture.

• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) for new software/applications.

• Prepare system and operational documentation, including user guides.

• Report progress and issues promptly to the delivery manager.

• Develop application code according to agreed functional and technical designs, methodologies, and standards.

• Configure scripts and settings for package deployments.

• Prepare deployment packages, configuration files, scripts, and installation guides for all environments.

Operations Support

• Monitor and measure MDM solution performance, accuracy, and completeness.

• Identify and resolve data quality issues or gaps.

• Provide Level 3/Level 4 technical support, troubleshooting, and training for MDM users and systems.

• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Other Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution/platform architects to design and develop MDM architecture, data models, integration, quality, and security solutions.

• Execute data migration, cleansing, matching, enrichment, and synchronization processes for master data domains.

• Manage vendor delivery for MDM implementation in coordination with the delivery manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 10 years of extensive IT development experience.

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on MDM experience.

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise ETL, Data Quality, and MDM tools—preferably Informatica—including Customer 360, Provisioning Tool, and MDM APIs.

• Familiarity with development tools (IDEs, configuration management, code review tools).

• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
