HR Manager – Employee Engagement/Relations

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course
• Age requirement: 30 to 45 yrs. old
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in HR focusing on employee engagement and relations
• Logistics/shipping industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong background in employee engagement and relations
• Must be capable of handling employees and leading the entire team in Manila

Main Responsibilities:

• Focuses on fostering positive and productive relationships between employees and the organization
• Handle employee concerns, disputes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

• Play a key role in developing and implementing employee relations strategies and policies
• Training and Development, including Performance Management
