Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS)
Location: Makati Office (Hybrid, 2x a week onsite)
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM MNL

Description:
The Full Stack Developer will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software solutions for web applications, ensuring high-quality code, performance, and maintainability. The role involves close collaboration with Tech Leads, onshore partners, and deployment teams, contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Take collective responsibility for end-to-end product quality

• Participate and contribute to Sprint ceremonies

• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and quality-focused team culture

• Provide technical support to the team and assist in resolving complex technical issues

• Work closely with Tech Leads, onshore teams, and infrastructure groups

• Remain hands-on with design, coding, and testing activities

Core Technical Skills:

• Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Microservices (minimum of 4 years’ experience in both Java and ReactJS)

Other Technologies:

• Front End: HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, TypeScript, Node.js, Redux

• Back End: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL

• Middleware: Web Services, Microservices, Spring Boot, Red Hat JBoss EAP, Tomcat

• Testing: Mockito, JUnit, Selenium

• DevOps: Jenkins, Azure, Docker, GitHub

• Methodologies: Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe)
