Crewing Commercial Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Crewing Commercial Officer to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Industry-related education and/or at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in the Company or a similar organization

• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing crewing budget proposals

• Assist in controlling and monitoring vessels’ crewing budgets

• Monitor the cost of flight arrangements for seafarers

• Ensure the actual crew on board aligns with the budgeted line-up

• Prepare monthly training fees and ensure timely submission to the Accounts Department

• Ensure new building supervision invoices are submitted on time to the Accounts Department

• Ensure crew changes are carried out at key ports

• Control and monitor the cost of uniforms supplied to vessels

• Execute special tasks and projects as instructed by the Crewing Commercial Manager

• Be conversant with the Company’s Management System and ensure effective implementation

• Contribute to the development and improvement of procedures

• Promote and support initiatives for continual improvement

Reporting Line:

The Crewing Commercial Officer reports directly to the Crewing Commercial Manager.
