Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Lex Developer to design, build, and optimize intelligent chatbot solutions. The role involves creating conversational flows, integrating backend services, and leveraging AWS tools to deliver scalable, high-quality conversational AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop chatbots using Amazon Lex, including intents, slots, and conversation flows for seamless user interactions.

• Develop and integrate AWS Lambda functions for dynamic responses and backend logic.

• Test and refine chatbots using the AWS Lex console, addressing accuracy issues and edge cases.

• Monitor chatbot performance using Amazon CloudWatch and implement improvements based on analytics and feedback.

• Connect to and interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs using Amazon Bedrock to enhance chatbot capabilities.

• Build and maintain backend services to interact with RESTful APIs (GET, POST) for data exchange and processing.

• Handle structured data in JSON format and ensure secure API authentication.

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code, optimizing performance with relevant libraries.

• Implement and manage AWS tools such as API Gateway, S3, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch for automation and operational efficiency.

• Continuously optimize chatbot performance to ensure cost-effectiveness, scalability, and high quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and building chatbots with Amazon Lex.

• Strong proficiency in Python and AWS development tools.

• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and RESTful API integrations.

• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or other LLM integration frameworks.

• Strong skills in handling JSON data and implementing secure API authentication.

• Experience with AWS infrastructure services such as S3, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
