Air Operations Specialist

Coordinate all Air Import / Export activities. This might include quotes, bookings, documentation, data entry, shipment tracking and tracing, and billing.

• Communicate daily with airlines, vendors, truckers, customers, internal team, and overseas offices where necessary,
• Ensure shipments are filed timely and accurately in our operational systems
• Update shipment milestones in our operational systems to guarantee data quality towards our customers
• Ensure specific customer requirements are met (transit time, carrier selection, routings etc.)
• Monitoring of shipments to provide proactive update to our customers and to solve potential operational disruptions
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned.

Experience:

• Air Import and Export: 2 years (Required)
• Ocean freight: 2 years (Required)
